1. Scope of Application
1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers, reservations, and contracts regarding wooden lodges, camping pitches, mobile homes, and related supplies and services provided by FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH. Exclusively these GTC apply; other contract terms shall not become part of the contract, even if they are not explicitly objected to. The inclusion of a customer's general terms and conditions that contradict our GTC is hereby explicitly objected to.

1.2 The contract language is exclusively German.

1.3 You can view and print the currently valid General Terms and Conditions on the website www.fkk-camping-ostsee.de.

2. Reservations and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 With the registration/reservation, the customer offers FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH the conclusion of a contract regarding the rental of accommodation and/or a camping pitch and/or other leisure facilities. The registration/booking by the customer can be made in person, by telephone, in writing, or by e-mail. Reservations by minors are not accepted.

2.2 The contract is concluded upon receipt of the written confirmation/invoice from FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH. In the case of a rental without prior registration, these terms and conditions are accepted upon conclusion of the written or oral rental agreement. FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH reserves the right to reject a reservation/registration without giving reasons.

2.3 The travel documents must be checked for completeness and accuracy immediately upon receipt.

- Reservation duration for Mobile Homes, Wooden Lodges, and Caravans: Mobile homes, wooden lodges, and caravans can only be booked on a weekly basis. Arrival and departure are on Saturdays.
- Reservation duration for Camping Pitches: From July 16th to August 16th, reservations are only possible for a minimum of 7 nights. Group reservations and short-term reservations during this period are only possible upon request.

If the guest stays for fewer than 7 nights despite a written or oral booking without a valid reason (e.g., death or serious illness), the full number of booked nights will be charged as per the invoice. The same applies if the guest provided false information during the oral or written booking.

2.4 FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH is no longer obliged to comply with change requests after the conclusion of the contract.

3. Compliance with Contractual Conditions
3.1 After the start of the trip, the accommodation or camping pitch may not be handed over to persons other than those named in the contract for use, nor may the use be assigned, unless this is agreed upon in writing between the parties. Until the start of the trip, you may request that third parties enter into the rights and obligations of the contract. In this case, you and the new tenant are jointly and severally liable for the travel price and the additional costs.

4. Prices
4.1 With the written booking confirmation, you are obliged to pay the price stated therein. Only the travel price stated in this confirmation is binding for the booking. Discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used after the reservation confirmation has been sent by FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH.

4.2 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.3 If the VAT or the guest contribution (tourist tax) increases after the conclusion of the contract and the start of the trip is more than four months later due to changed legal regulations, the travel price will increase by the same percentage as the VAT increase or the guest contribution; FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH will assert this increase at the latest 21 days before the start of the trip.

4.4 In addition to the travel price, the locally determined guest contribution/tourist tax and other fees, the rental costs for bed linen (optional), final cleaning (optional), and dogs must be paid. Also not included in the travel price is travel cancellation insurance. This must be taken out by the tenant themselves with an insurer of their choice.

4.5 The accommodation/pitch must be handed over to FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH in a clean condition (including dishwashing, etc.) upon departure. If the accommodation/pitch is not left clean, FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH is entitled to charge fees for cleaning and waste disposal.

5. Payments
5.1 For holiday homes, rental amounts up to € 200.00 must be paid in full within 14 days. If the amount is higher than € 200.00, 50% of this sum, but at least € 200.00 plus any processing fees, must be paid as a deposit.

5.2 For camping reservations, the entire rental price is due upon arrival. The rental price must be paid upon arrival. A refund of the rental price in the event of early departure is only granted for valid reasons such as proven illness or death.

5.3 In the event of late payment, FKK Camping Ostsee GmbH will issue a reminder, and you will have the opportunity to make payment within 7 days. If no payment is made even after this deadline has expired, FKK Camping-Ostsee GmbH may withdraw from the contract, and you will be liable to the full extent for the damage incurred, including costs incurred in connection with the reservation and contract termination. The provisions of Article 6 apply. Amounts already paid will be offset against these cancellation fees and any remuneration due for other expenses.

6. Withdrawal (Cancellation)
